• No change is given and any balance that remains can only be used in part against future purchases.

Where can I shop with a Styletread eGift Card?
You can use your eGift card at our Styletread online store and only in the market the original eGift card was issued from.

How do I redeem my eGift Card?
Online: Select gift card as your payment method at checkout.
Enter your unique gift card number and pin number in space provided.
You eGift card value will be automatically applied to your order.

Can I use an eGift Card purchased in Australia in all countries?
No, eGift card can only be redeemed on site of original market purchased.
e.g. If the eGift was purchased on the Australian Styletread website, it can only be redeemed on the Australian website.

How long is an eGift card valid for?
eGift Cards will expire 36 months from date of issue.

Can I receive a refund for my eGift card?
No, unfortunately eGift cards are non-refundable nor redeemable for cash.

If I made a purchase with an eGift card and then change my mind, how will I be refunded?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn item(s) in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
We will happily issue a refund when you provide proof of purchase. All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.

Can I reuse my eGift Card?
eGift cards can be used many time until original value is either redeemed or expires.
We can not reload additional values to existing cards.

Can my eGift Card be re-issued?
No, please treat your eGift Card email as cash. Unfortunately, misplaced or misused eGift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Are their any additional charges or fees when purchasing a gift card?

I’ve lost my email containing my eGift details. Can it be re-sent?

Can I use eGift card payment as well as other credit payments to complete my purchase?
Yes, you can pay part of your order with eGift card and any outstanding amount using another valid payment method.
Total balance of your Gift Card will applied to order and will be deducted from your Gift Card.
