Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1) PAID SEARCH POLICY:

Paid search is prohibited. You will not purchase or bid for placement of Styletread, or any variation thereof (including, but not limited to, abbreviations, misspellings, stringing of the name Styletread) within any third party search engine or shopping portal. Under no circumstances you will pay third parties for placement in search engines or shopping portals on the basis of your use of the Styletread name. You agree not to engage in any paid advertising that utilises any keyword or search term for the sole purpose of directing visitors to the Styletread site without our prior written consent.

2) CYBERSQUATTING POLICY:

You will not employ anyone to redirect web traffic directly or indirectly to your Site. You will not place the word Styletread or any variation or close spelling of the word, in Your Site URL. You will not represent Your Site as the official Styletread site or make similar representations.

3) EMAIL POLICY:

You will not generate or send any email messages or other electronic messages (including text or SMS messages) using or containing styletread.com.au or related content without our prior written consent. You will not send any email or other electronic message related to Styletread that in any way suggests or implies or misleads or is likely to mislead. No official Styletread electronic communication that styletread.com.au sends to its affiliates and/or customers are to be forwarded or redistributed in any way. No unsolicited email (spam) is to be generated and sent unless prior consent has been given by Styletread. All prohibitions and restrictions must apply under any agreement between You and Linkshare, as well as all prohibitions and requirements under all applicable laws and regulations.

4) PROMOTION CODE POLICY:

You may not utilize any voucher or promotion code on your site that has not been provided to you by Styletread.

5) BRAND EXCLUSIONS:

Styletread restricts the use of any Search Engine Marketing (SEM) on all affiliated channels.

6) VELOCITY POINTS:

All Velocity account holders must log in to their account once redirected to the site and prior to completing their purchase. Discrepancies will occur and Velocity Points will not be correctly awarded if purchases are not completed on the tracked site www.styletread.com.au. If the path is lost becuase of some third party website Styletread is not liable for lost Velocity Points.
